The staff were really helpful and caring day and night. The room was exceptionally nice with a balcony included. Coffee & tea making machines and glassware worked well...

The staff was competent at all times. The location offered was great and nice very close to beach club next door, the beach and Dubai.

Location so close to beach club. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe available in the a double room. Very attentive and amazingly efficient staff throughout.

Really good service, stylish room, with an comfortable bed and a relaxing spa that offers exquisite treatments made my four-night stay lovely.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options available without needing reservations. Some meals took too long and weren't tailored for younger palates.

Our recent stay was fantastic, especially with the stunning sea view from our balcony and the relaxing infinity pool. We loved lounging by the beach and indulging in the soothing spa treatments. The only downside was the noise from a nearby club, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 🌊

The check-in process felt chaotic, likely due to being very busy. I requested a double bed but received two singles at first. Moussa Abboud fixed that swiftly by upgrading the room and offering late checkout. The hotel design and atmosphere felt vibrant. Kids around the pool weren't expected since it was advertised as adults only, a disappointment. The rooftop bar had fantastic views and the drinks were well-made. Dining options were good, especially with a variety of restaurants. Service, particularly room service, was slow at times. There were moments when I felt an ideal getaway was overshadowed by noise. Despite the drawbacks, the overall energy of the hotel still calls me back. I'll likely return, but I might choose a different room location.
